Online Orders: Processing & In-store Pickup Options

Please allow up to 72 hours for processing of online orders.

Online orders are processed Monday-Friday. Orders placed on weekends, holidays -- or any other time our main store in the Student Union Building is closed -- will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you can pick it up at one of two locations in Halifax and Truro.

Halifax Pickup Instructions

1. To opt for pickup, choose one of two locations in Halifax or Truro when completing your online order.

2. Once your order is complete, further instructions will be included in your confirmation email.

3. Online order pickup is located at the Returns Counter, across from the Bookstore.

4. Pickup your order between 9:30 am & 4:30 pm, Monday–Friday. Please have your name and order number ready, and an associate will retrieve your purchase for you.

Truro Pickup Instructions

1. To pickup your purchase, choose one of two locations in Halifax or Truro when completing your online order.

2. Once your order is complete, further instructions will be included in your confirmation email.

3. Pickup location: Dal Bookstore, Cox Institute, 50 Pictou Rd., Level 2, Room 254. (Please use the main entrance across from the "Home of the Rams" sign.)

4. Please have your name and order number ready, and an associate will retrieve your purchase for you.
