For your course materials in Top Hat, the paywall had temporarily been removed as the semester has begun. On Thursday, September 16, the paywall will be put back up again. For those of you who have processed your payment in Top Hat for the Human Sexuality textbook, as well as the Top Hat subscription, this will make no difference and you will continue to access the material as you have been. If you have not processed the payment for both items within Top Hat, you will be re-routed to a payment screen with any remaining products for which payment needs to be processed. If you had a code from the bookstore for the textbook that did not initially work, that mismatch has been rectified and you will be able to process it (if you encounter any separate issues, though, please reach out directly to support@tophat.com with a description of the question). After this is processed, you will be able to access your course materials again.
(Remember, if you buy your TopHat code(s) through the Bookstore, redemption is a two-step process. You will be given a 12-character (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) ‘proof of purchase’ code and a web page to go to. That web page will ask for the code and your email address, and then you will be sent the 14-letter TopHat code to take to the link on your BrightSpace page.)
